For the past 16 years, the French–Korean–German Workshop on Quantum Nanophotonics has been held annually, fostering long-term friendships and providing a platform for sharing the latest research progress in quantum nano-photonics.
Following the wonderful meetings in Würzburg (11th FKG) and Aussois (12th FKG), the 13th French–Korean–German Workshop on Quantum Nano-photonics will be held from 14th to 17th of May in 2026, at Travelodge Suites Busan Centum in Busan, South Korea.
Located near the beautiful Haeundae Beach, the venue offers an inspiring setting ‘Haeundae’ historically meaning ‘sea cloud terrace.’ In this spirit, the workshop will explore the wave- and cloud-like quantum features of light–matter interactions.
The topics will cover novel excitonic properties of 2D semiconductors, quantum photonics of quantum dots and defects, and advanced manipulation of integrated nanophotonic systems.
